It was recently brought to my attention that there is a serial IP infringer running rampant in IMVU. For some really, really, strange reason, this "developer" is selling t-shirts with photos of my SL avatar pasted on them. Photos it seems were ripped right off this blog.
Looks like most of them were taken from my hair fair posts. Which you can see HERE and HERE.
The reasoning behind this is totally lost on me. I seriously doubt anyone in SL would even want a shirt with my face on it. I suspect she's sold a grand total of ZERO of them. Which sort of makes the whole thing all the weirder. Stalker much?
As if that weren't weird and bad enough, she's also used another photo off this blog as her logo on a number of her products. Check out this sexy number (and the shirt's pretty risque too):

Here's the catalog listing for a shirt with my Typepad profile photo pasted on it (which can be seen at the top right of the main page of this blog.
While browsing "her" catalog, I found a number of other suspicious items including these eyes:
Which look an awful lot like these ones Twiddler made ages ago:
IMVU developers take note. You may want to inspect the catalog of rosaliadepp to see if anything there looks familiar to you too. Second Life developers might want to cruise the catalog too to see if anything has been "borrowed" from inside SL rather than just from this blog.

Rosaliadepp, you may want to take notice that this behavior is illegal, ethically and culturally unacceptable, and just plain CREEPY.
There are at least 3 people (including myself) who will be filing DMCA takedowns with IMVU.
Now I'm off to enjoy the rest of my summer.
