New Handbags

This was a really fun project for me, being the first time I ever attempted a handbag. I went with one of my favorites, the hobo bag. There are tons of colors, styles and materials to go with virtually any outfit.

These are sculpted prim handbags. There are four versions included in each box. There are two attachment points (left shoulder and left hand, as illustrated in the top photo) and two options for each: custom hold pose or no custom hold pose (in case you actually WANT to whap your friends in the face with your purse when you type).  Mucho thanks to Torrid Midnight for whipping up these awesome hold poses for me!

Handbags are at their new permanent home, just to the right of the Celestial Studios entrance.

Please note: I've had some reports of poses not engaging when the purse is first attached. I'm not sure if this is a conflict with an AO or what exactly, but detaching & reattaching the purse seems to fix it.  So if you experience this problem, please detach and reattach your bag to solve it.

LaLa FooFoo

As I blogged several months ago, my sister had started learning Photoshop for SL. She has come along way since she began and is working diligently towards opening her very own store.  Today she releases four new designs, which are available on the "New" wall of Celestial Studios.  When she builds her inventory a little more, she'll move into her own space. Watch for LaLa FooFoo coming soon!

Todays releases are a series of very colorful basics (and a few not-so-basics) that work with each other and with items you already have in your inventory.  My favorite, the skully tops, are shown above.  Without further ado, here are her other three releases for today.  I hope you like them, I am very proud of the progress she's made!
