My first pair of sculpted shoes. These are a simple pair of wedge sandals. Only three prims! Great for busy places where you don't need 50 prims on each foot, and just in time for summer.

wow starley i just love your new sculpty stuff, the hats and shoes are awesome. What software do you use for sculpties? I've been trying to learn maya but its so god damn difficult!
I've been playing around with all the free programs. Honestly, it's all a headache for me and I definitely don't understand enough at this point to invest in one of the pay programs.
I tried the education version of Maya ages ago (before sculpties) and the UI alone made me want to cry. I could almost swear I saw a walk through of the Maya sculpting process somewhere. You may have already seen it though. I'll nose around and see if I can dig up the link.
