I'm so frustrated. I have a set of skins that are ready to be released. They need only be assembled, but I can't release them because SL has mysteriously stopped allowing me to save things in appearance mode. I could do it yesterday in the morning, but not last night. My alt can save things just fine so it's a problem with Starley. I cleaned my inventory and was able to save a few demos and then it quit working again. I press save as, rename my item and wait. I let it go for almost 2 hours and it just never takes. I just simply can't save anything new. I can overwrite whatever I want, but fat lot of good that does me.
This is so infuriating! Off to be cranky and stab effigies violently. >:(

It was doing that to me a little while back Starley. But once I would relog I found that everytime I tried to save again it was there. lolol. So I ended up with a folder of 20 of the same skin. So finally I just went to sorting and saving them all even though it showed that they werent being saved. When I relogged most of them were there and I would just have to add a few that snuck past me. So sowwies this is happening to you.

Yeah, mine does that too, but the copies that are there are not of the new thing, they are of the old thing with the new thing name, and if I change the texture and press save, it accepts the texture change and reverts to the old thing name again. :|

And that is just not nice of SL to keep you from showing off your gorgeous work. (not that I am being AT ALL selfish about it and just want to get my hands on the new skins or anything...this is completely UNselfish of me!! LOL!)

The worst part about it? This is, in my opinion, the best makeup work she's EVER done. Everyone is in for a serious treat when they're released. I'm never taking them off.
