As I mentioned in a previous post, I am moving irl. The date has been moved up and back so many times I can't even remember them all, but finally it's been settled and I'll be offline moving and unpacking and all that (un)fun stuff until at least March 26th.
Here are some of the most common questions I receive and the answers for them since waiting for me would take a lot longer, hopefully this will help a little.
Q. Are you online?
A. No.
Q. Where can I find ________? (or) Do you make the _______ in the ad for some other product?
A. Please try the Fashion Emergency group for answers to these questions. I'm more than happy to assist when I get back but given the time frame, you may want to check with them for more instant gratification.
Q. I bought a no transfer item. Can I return/trade/exchange/give to my alt/buddy/girlfriend/boyfriend/pet iguana?
A. No. It's not kidding when it says "no transfer", these items are quite literally impossible to transfer.
Q. Do you sell your shape?
A. No, sorry.
Q. Can you send a gift item for me?
A. Yes, I'm happy to help with gift purchases, these will have to wait until next week. Sorry. Please, PLEASE do not send me money for a gift item when I'm offline. Especially since it will be several days until I can deliver it. My IMs will be capped and I may not even know about it until you write back to yell at me.
Q. A scene from the environment is stuck to my skin/shirt/pants/avatar. How do I fix it?
A. Press CTRL ALT D to enable a Client menu next to your Help menu. Once you have the Client menu, choose Client > Character > Rebake textures.

I bummed my father in law's laptop to check my email quick.
PLEASE STOP SENDING ME INVENTORY, PEOPLE! It's gonna be long lost in my 35k+ inventory by the time I log in. Please just leave me an offline IM. I MAY be able to send an answer through email, but if you send me an item/notecard, etc I'll probably find it in September. If I'm lucky. :(
