After much debate and delay (not to mention snapshot wrangling) I've finally settled on the final four makeup options for the Charmed Skin's Blue pack. Shown above in tone 30, but available in all 7 moddable Charmed skintones. I've included two skins with blue lips for the hardcore blue lovers and two with just blue eyemakeup for everyone else.
Yay for the full monty ;)
